Welcome to Portner's Landing!
Portner's Landing is a community consisting of 36 condos (Portner House) and 20 townhomes (Portner Brewery).  We are ideally located in Old Town North one block east of Washington and six blocks north of King Street.  We are a "walker's paradise" with Trader Joe's across the street, Harris Teeter one block away and 10+ restaurants within a three block radius.  Our pet friendly building is ideally situated within blocks of two popular dog parks and down the street from the Olde Towne School for Dogs.  In July 2020, unit owners voted to make Portner's Landing a smoke-free community!  Portner's Landing is the place to be in Old Town North!
